2 lemons

2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

2cm ginger, finely grated

2 tbs honey

2 tbs soy sauce

1 tbs sweet chilli sauce

1/4 tsp ground turmeric

6 Woolworths chicken thigh fillets

1/4 bunch spring onions, thinly sliced

2 tbs sesame seeds, toasted

Directions

Step 1

Zest and juice 1 lemon. Thinly slice remaining lemon. Combine garlic, ginger, honey, soy, sweet chilli, lemon zest, lemon juice and turmeric in a large bowl. Add chicken and lemon slices to bowl. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Transfer chicken mixture to a baking dish. Roast, brushing chicken with pan juices occasionally, for 35 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and golden.

Step 3

Remove from oven. Sprinkle with onion and sesame seeds. Serve.

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups milk

1 vanilla bean, split

100g dark chocolate

4 jumbo marshmallows, halved

Method

Step 1

Place milk and vanilla bean in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer. Remove pan from heat and stand for 5 minutes to infuse. Remove vanilla bean.

Step 2

Using a vegetable peeler, peel 2 tsp chocolate into curls and reserve. Roughly chop remaining chocolate. Roughly chop 1 marshmallow. Add chopped marshmallow to milk mixture in pan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until marshmallow has melted and mixture is hot but not boiling. Reduce heat to low. Add remaining chocolate and whisk until smooth.

Step 3

Cut remaining marshmallows in half crossways. Divide mixture between 2 mugs. Top each with 3 marshmallow pieces and reserved chocolate. Using a blowtorch, lightly brown marshmallows. Serve.

Place slaw into a large bowl. Add dressing and three-quarters of the coriander.

Step 3

Arrange slaw on a platter. Top with chicken and sprinkle with remaining coriander. Serve with lemon wedges.

Ingredients

80g Flora Lactose Free Block Salted

160g gluten-free double choc biscuits

3/4 cup toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped

500mL FLORA Thickened Cream

300g dairy-free dark choc baking buttons

1 tbs maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

125g strawberries, halved

60g blueberries

60g raspberries

6 cherries

1/4 bunch mint, leaves picked

Directions

Step 1

Melt block in a small bowl in the microwave. Place biscuits and cup hazelnuts into a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Add melted block and pulse until combined. Press biscuit mixture into a 24cm fluted tart tin. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until set.

Step 2

Place 300ml cream, chocolate and maple syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 5-6 minutes or until melted. Remove from heat and pour into tart tin. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.

Step 3

Combine vanilla and remaining cream in a large bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat mixture until soft peaks form. Top chilled tart with berries, cherries and remaining hazelnuts. Dollop with cream. Garnish with mint. Serve.

Step 1

Use a 3cm-round cutter or a small sharp knife to remove a circle from the centre of the buns, being careful not to cut all the way through. Bake buns for 5 minutes or until lightly toasted.

Step 2

Meanwhile, place chocolate in a medium microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds, or until melted.

Step 3

Place buns on a serving platter. Carefully spoon melted chocolate into cavities. Top with sprinkles. Serve with strawberries, wafer sticks, meringues, mini wafers and pretzels.

Enjoy the perfect summer appetiser with this quick and easy Vegemite cob loaf recipe, a savoury delight infused with the unique flavour of Vegemite.

Ingredients

1 Woolworths cob crusty loaf

2 tbs butter

1 red onion, finely diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 spring onions, thinly sliced

380g 190g X 2 Bega cream cheese with Vegemite

1 cup Woolworths shredded mozzarella

1 cup Woolworths shredded parmesan

1/2 cup sour cream

5ml extra virgin olive oil cooking spray

1 tbs chopped chives

1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into sticks

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180°C /160°C fan-forced. Line a large-rimmed baking tray with baking paper. Prepare the cob by cutting out a 15cm circle from the top to form a bread lid. Scoop bread from the centre of the loaf, leaving a 2cm-thick layer of bread to fill in. Roughly tear scooped-out bread and reserve for later.

Step 2

Heat butter in a small frying pan. Fry and caramelised red onion and garlic on low heat for 10 minutes. Add spring onion and cook for a minute. Remove from heat and add to a bowl. Add cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan and sour cream to the bowl. Mix until well combined.

Step 3

Spoon the cream-cheese mixture inside the bread. Cover with bread lid. Wrap the cob in foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove cob from foil and place on prepared tray. Add torn bread pieces around it. Spray lightly with oil. Bake, uncovered, for a further 10 minutes until golden and crusty.

Step 4

Remove the bread lid. Garnish cream-cheese mixture with chives. Serve with crusty bread pieces and cucumber.
