Getting super crispy and tender chicken for your taco night has never been easier. Pair them with coleslaw and coriander for maximum tastiness.
Ingredients
1 pkt Old El Paso crispy chicken soft taco kit 370g
500g Woolworths RSPCA Approved chicken breast fillet, cut into strips
5ml extra virgin olive oil spray
450g Woolworths American-style coleslaw kit
1/4 bunch coriander, leaves picked
1 cup Dairyworks grated tasty cheese
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line a large tray with baking paper.
Step 2
Place chicken in a bowl. Add spice mix and toss until coated. Transfer to tray and spray with oil. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden.
Step 3
Heat a chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Cook tortillas for 30 seconds each side or until lightly charred. Prepare coleslaw according to packet instructions.
Step 4
To assemble, divide tortillas amongst plates. Top with coleslaw, chicken, cheese, coriander and sauce. Serve.
