EASTER SURPRISE CUPCAKES BY WOOLWORTHS
INGREDIENTS
125g unsalted butter, melted
1/2 cup caster sugar
2 free range eggs
2 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup plain flour
1 1/4 tsp baking powder
METHOD
Preheat oven to 160°C fan forced.
Combine cupcake ingredients and divide into cupcake liners.
Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned & skewer through the centre comes out clean.
Decorate and enjoy!
