Woolworths No-bake Chocolate Tart Recipe


Deliciously rich and creamy, this no-bake chocolate tart is a sweet surprise for Mother's Day—and it's lactose-free! Treat Mom to a show-stopping dessert that everyone can enjoy.


Ingredients

80g Flora Lactose Free Block Salted

160g gluten-free double choc biscuits

3/4 cup toasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped

500mL FLORA Thickened Cream

300g dairy-free dark choc baking buttons

1 tbs maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla bean paste

125g strawberries, halved

60g blueberries

60g raspberries

6 cherries

1/4 bunch mint, leaves picked

Directions

Step 1

Melt block in a small bowl in the microwave. Place biscuits and cup hazelnuts into a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Add melted block and pulse until combined. Press biscuit mixture into a 24cm fluted tart tin. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until set.

Step 2

Place 300ml cream, chocolate and maple syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, for 5-6 minutes or until melted. Remove from heat and pour into tart tin. Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.

Step 3

Combine vanilla and remaining cream in a large bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat mixture until soft peaks form. Top chilled tart with berries, cherries and remaining hazelnuts. Dollop with cream. Garnish with mint. Serve.
